2019 City Survey

The City Survey objectively assesses San Francisco residents’ use of and satisfaction with various city services. The 2019 City Survey is the 16th report analyzing survey data on resident perceptions. Corey, Canapary & Galanis (CC&G) administered the survey, and the City Performance Unit of the Office of the Controller analyzed the data and developed the report and website. Please contact CitySurvey@sfgov.org with any questions.
